Marie brings more than two decades of global finance leadership experience within the CRO industry. Throughout her career, including leadership roles at Kapadi, Syneos Health, IQVIA, and ICON, she has helped organizations scale through growth, integrate acquisitions, and establish finance operations. She is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA) and holds degrees in Economics, Management, and Business Administration from the Catholic University of Lille in France.
