Lula sets fixed pricing on 20 commonly requested handyman services, extending a model already running across HVAC, appliances, water heaters, and roofing

Pricing is standardized across every market Lula operates in, and each price is set before a Pro is dispatched.

Handyman work is the highest-volume and most fragmented category in a rental portfolio's maintenance queue. Priced hourly, the same repair can come back at a different cost depending on who is dispatched and how long the visit runs, which is where approvals stall and invoices get disputed. Because each job is now priced from a published catalog and agreed in advance, a property manager can give an owner a number up front knowing that'll be the actual cost on the invoice.
